Chris is an educator interested in using new technologies to engage and inspire learners. He is currently ICT Development Manager at Bowling Park Primary School, Bradford, UK, where he leads on a number of exciting and innovative projects which use ICT to extend opportunities for pupils to become independent learners. The most recent of these is the pupil ‘Digital Leaders’ programme, which encourages Key Stage 2 pupils (aged 7-11) to develop leadership skills as they take on responsibility for developing ICT across school. This has included the Digital Leaders running a staff meeting in only their third week in the job!

Over the past six years, Chris has worked with pupils aged 3 to 16 and was ICT Co-ordinator at his previous school, where he also taught Thinking Skills to Key Stage 3 and 4 pupils (aged 11-16). Chris has presented at a number of ICT conferences, courses and TeachMeets around the UK and is a keen tweeter.
